At AL IMRAN FABRICS, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.


1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)


3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear pictures/video as proof

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement (preferred)

  • Or full refund (if replacement not available)


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued via the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • After that, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled
